An email signature is a line of text automatically inserted with each email you create.
However you decide to send your business emails, be sure to create an email signature. All email tools have a place in the settings to create a signature.
Don’t forget to check your phone or tablet settings too; if you decide to use those methods to send your emails. Have you ever received an email that said, “Sent from my iPhone”? That individual did not change the email signature that came programmed with their phone.
Be sure to change your email signature settings, so that you can promote your business adding a professional touch to your emails.
