In communicating with your customers you always want to give them clear contact information:
- Company name
- Your name & title
- Phone number
- Email address
- Website address
Other ways you should consider communicating with your customers is through social media sites, video chat tools, and text messaging.
Do set up a separate email account just for your business. We suggest using Gmail which will give you a lot of flexibility with managing your email account.
Make sure your email account’s name is professional, easy to pronounce, and write down.
