CPI members who passed all requirements and are currently certified.
Support two families either in pregnancy, birth, or postpartum. Virtual or in-person support is accepted. Support must be recent, within the 12 months prior to completing certification. Please complete 1 form per each family that you provided doula support.
Complete this form regarding the breastfeeding class that you attend. Back to CPI Certification Requirements
Complete this form regarding the childbirth class you attended. You are only required to attend 1 class. Of course if you attend more sessions it would be beneficial. Back to CPI Certification Requirements
